Files are handled by Fabrice THONNAT, Partner Notary, and two experienced Notary graduates, assisted by a qualified legal assistant. We are also equipped with the most innovative legal research tools, guaranteeing you the relevance of constantly updated legal analyses.
Our firm has nationwide coverage, so we can assist you in the Ile-de-France region as well as throughout mainland France.
The firm's clients include private individuals and institutional bodies (local authorities, public administrations, associations recognised as being of public interest), some of which have established a partnership with the firm.
The firm has four areas of expertise:
- real estate: co-ownership law, sales, leases, exchanges, easements, drafting of SCI articles of association, town planning law, environmental law, administrative property law,
- Real Estate Auction Department: this department deals with all aspects of property sales by public auction in a very short space of time (legal analysis of documents, drafting of deeds, information for potential bidders, visits). Auction sessions are organised at the PARIS Notaries' Chamber, Place du Chatelet (1st arrondissement).
- an institutional department: this department is specifically dedicated to handling cases referred to the firm by local authorities (municipalities, conurbation communities) and government departments and similar bodies.
- Family law - inheritance - associations: marriage contracts, civil solidarity pacts, adoption consents, donations, shared donations, divorces, wills, divisions (community and inheritance), settling inheritance cases, monitoring cases for associations recognised as being of public interest.
